File a Report

Always free. Help warn the next person about a scam or spam number.

Scope: This registry is strictly for reporting spam callers and people who scam, defraud, or no-show on a scheduled appointment or service. It is not a general dispute or complaint board, and reports outside this scope will be removed.

Who you're reporting

At least one phone number, email, or social tag/username above is required.

Type (select all that apply)

Optional, but picking a category (or more than one) helps subscribers get an accurate picture when they search.

Mark as Red AlertCheck this if you believe this person is dangerous or this is urgent enough that other subscribers should be warned right away. This is just a request. An admin reviews it before it's ever shown in the Red Alerts feed.

What happened? *

Private by default, visible only to admins. Our team may choose to publish this (or up to the first 500 characters of it) alongside your report so it can help other subscribers, but only after review, and never automatically just because the report itself gets approved.
